Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled IBM Sterling OMS Lead Consultant responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing application software utilizing IBM Sterling OMS, Web Call Center, Web Store, SBC (Sterling Business Center), Java, Angular, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, XML Schema, SAX, DOM, XSLT, WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle, and DB2. The role may require travel and relocation to various client locations throughout the US. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To design, develop and enhance current and new application platforms.
  • Delivering a relevant technical solution, based on best practices/ experiences/ similar projects.
  • Ensuring ongoing delivery of quality, timely code that is consistent with the requirements of the business goals and plans.
  • Ensure code is appropriately and fully documented.
  • Prepare builds, software releases and installation packages.
  • To communicate effectively with the company’s technical staff regarding programming needs and product performance.

Number of years of relevant experience required:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant with 1 year experience.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive development experience in IBM Sterling OMS software.
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
  • High level of planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Disciplined approach to work with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
  • Must be willing to travel & relocate to unanticipated client locations throughout the US.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS, Web Call Center, Web Store, SBC (Sterling Business Center), Java, Angular, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, XML Schema, SAX, DOM, XSLT, WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle, DB2.
  • Experience taking a leading role in building complex solutions.
